03Principles

It stays on your Mac.

Every app Haemil makes keeps these six.

  1. 01

    Made for the Mac

A macOS app built on a Rust engine. When files change, it rereads them right away (FSEvents).

  2. 02

Your files stay on your Mac

Content search runs its index and AI model on this Mac only. Nothing is uploaded.

  3. 03

    Familiar by hand

Tabs, an address bar, many views and shortcuts laid out like Windows File Explorer.

  4. 04

    Korean first

Find apps by Korean initials (ㅋㅋㅇㅌ → KakaoTalk), group by ㄱ–ㅎ, read Windows Korean (CP949) text files.

  5. 05

    Undoable

Deleting moves files to the Trash (permanent delete asks first), and one ⌘Z undoes a whole sync.

  6. 06

    Signed updates

Updates come over HTTPS only and install only when the signature matches.
