Refund Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
You can try Haemil Explorer Pro free for 14 days before you buy. If it still isn't right for you, we refund on the terms below. The Korean version prevails if the versions differ.
1. Within 14 days of purchase
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full, no questions asked.
2. Defects
If a defect in the app keeps Pro features from working and Haemil cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund in full when you ask within 3 months of purchase, or within 30 days of learning of the problem.
3. How to ask
Email the contact below from the address you used to buy, with your order number.
4. Processing
We process the refund within 3 business days of confirming it. Depending on your card issuer or the payment provider, it may take a few more days to arrive.
After a refund, your right to use Pro features with that license ends, and every Mac registered with it is deactivated.
5. Withdrawal for digital content
Under Article 17(2) of the Korean e-commerce act, withdrawal from a digital-content purchase can be limited once delivery begins. Haemil offers a free trial and still guarantees the 14-day refund in section 1.
